Our entire team strives to provide superior property management service at each of our communities.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing</strong></p><p>The Maintenance Supervisor reports to a Property Manager and works to ensure apartment homes and facilities are in good working order and maintained to standards. The Maintenance Supervisor assists with hiring, training, and developing assigned maintenance staff.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for apartment community and maintenance staff.</li><li>Determine weekly apartment make-ready and Service Request schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Report apartments that are ready to show to the Property Manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Periodically check the work progress of each maintenance employee.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all repairs/replacements necessary for apartment to be occupied are completed.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all trash from apartments are cleaned out before, during and after make-ready activity.</li><li>Make regular inspections of equipment.</li><li>Provide one-on-one training to employees that may need to polish current skills or wish to learn new skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident/management requests and Service requests for occupied apartments.</li><li>Periodically complete written property safety audits.</li><li>Order supplies and manage maintenance budget.</li><li>Provide input to Property Manager in determining needs for next fiscal year budget.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Three to five years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, electronic systems, all major appliances, HVAC, pool and spa equipment and other systems on community (gates, phone jacks, irrigation systems, etc.)</li><li>EPA Type II or EPA Universal license preferred.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Available or on-call for emergencies when assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Benefits and Total Compensation:</u></strong></p><p>The compensation range for on-site<strong>&nbsp;Wenatchee, WA&nbsp;</strong>applicants is ($) 26.00 hourly.</p><p>Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.</p><p>Employee Benefits include Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, short and long-term disability and 401(k) matching, mileage stipend and housing discounts.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Abilities and Other Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, and to move about the various work environments to train, monitor and ensure compliance with all company requirements.
