Surround yourself with people who care about making a difference – come join us!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, Mental Health Counselor to join our Gracepoint partial hospitalization program. The Mental Health Counselor for the PHP program provides direct support and therapeutic services within a structured outpatient program serving individuals with mental health needs who do not require inpatient care. This role involves group-based interventions, supports individualized treatment goals and contributes to a recovery oriented program environment. The counselor plays a key role in maintaining program flow, therapeutic structure and client engagement.
