With a strong commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence, Ardmac takes pride in its \"Safety First\" guiding principles and dedication to creating sustainable and efficient work environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ardmac is currently recruiting for a number of Quality Advisor positions across the EU, including in Germany.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Purpose</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The promotion, development and implementation of project quality and environmental procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsible for:   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting the Quality &amp; Environmental Manager with the continual improvement of organisational Quality and Environmental procedures.</li>\n<li>In conjunction with Project Management staff, ensure effective development and implementation of Project Quality Plans, to facilitate defect free delivery, specifically this will include;\n<ul>\n<li>The review and interpretation of specifications.</li>\n<li>The development of adequate Inspection and test plans (ITP) for each stage and element of the construction process.</li>\n<li>The completion and recording of work inspections for compliance with specifications.</li>\n<li>The recording of defects and issue of instructions for the completion of corrective actions.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>In conjunction with Project Management staff, ensure development and implementation of appropriate Project Environmental Plans.</li>\n<li>Completion of Quality and Environmental audits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and experience</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification</li>\n<li>ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor certification (training will be provided for the right candidate if not already in place)</li>\n<li>Degree or Trades background</li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience at site supervisor or site management level, with responsibility for managing quality and environmental aspects of civil, structural and architectural package works.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ability and knowledge of:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of the organisation Quality management systems.</li>\n<li>Understanding Requirements of Environmental Management Systems.</li>\n<li>Understanding Requirements of Safety Management Systems.</li>\n<li>Understanding Company’s auditing process.</li>\n<li>Auditing project sites to ensure proper implementation of company Quality and Environmental procedures</li>\n<li>Data Centre experience desirable </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<p>There are many benefits to working with Ardmac.
