    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>The Opportunity:&nbsp;</strong> Responsible for project quotations as requested by customers in a timely and efficient manner. &nbsp;All project quotations to be finalized at least 24 hours prior to bidding. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Builds and maintains relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people as directed</li><li>Evaluates project requirements, architectural drawings, and lighting fixture schedules to identify lighting bill of material suitable to achieve the desired outcome of the project</li><li>Provide project quotations that are efficient and competitive to local market conditions</li><li>Provide quotations on both miscellaneous and project quotes as requested by customers</li><li>A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required</li><li>Attend product and training sessions when available</li><li>Exercise independent judgement</li><li>Provide quotation breakdowns in a timely manner</li><li>Learns and understands SESCO Lighting&rsquo;s full product offer and its functionality</li><li>Bring ideas and share with the team, to promote overall company growth</li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Must possess 2 &ndash; 4 years of experience in miscellaneous lighting and project quotations</li><li>Possess general knowledge of lighting products as well as lighting controls and IOT enabled devices</li><li>Ability to read and understand building and control drawings</li><li>Experience in submittal creation and review</li><li>Must have excellent math skills</li><li>Must be able to multi-task</li><li>Must be proficient in Word, Excel, internet research, and Outlook</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
