Apply now and apply the sunscreen later.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>HOW YOU WILL DO IT:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Achieve, receive, and maintain Ellis and Associates CPR and First Aid certifications.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all Ellis and Associates policies and procedures as taught by certified E&A Instructor</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment</li>\n <li>Report all pertinent information to Team Leader</li>\n <li>Follow all delegated tasks as assigned by the Leadership Team, or as stated in the Standard Operating  Manual</li>\n <li>Be an active member of the Aquatics Team</li>\n <li>Adhere to Park Attendance Policy as stated in the Team Member Handbook</li>\n <li>Oversees locations in the water park to ensure everyone’s safety and satisfaction with individual  attention and service.</li>\n <li>Practices, supports, maintains and enforces a total safety culture.</li>\n <li>Adheres to and enforces all park policies.</li>\n <li>Provide Guest first service to all Guest.</li>\n <li>Performs all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the Aquatics Department and Six Flags  Fiesta Texas</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must be 16 years of age or older.</strong></li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain a CPR/First Aid certificate with Ellis and Associates.</li>\n <li>A clear demonstration of excellent Guest Service skills and an evident commitment to our Guest First philosophy.</li>\n <li>A clear commitment to total safety.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>The availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in various weather conditions to include extreme heat and sun.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>OTHER NOTES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.</li>\n <li>Reports to Aquatics Supervisor</li>\n <li><strong>PAID TRAINING!</strong></li>\n</ul>",
