In this role, you will operate CNC machines, follow production schedules, and help produce high-quality parts in a safe and efficient environment. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.</p><p>Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to produce quality parts</li><li>Prepare and load raw materials and parts into CNC machines</li><li>Operate machines to complete production runs efficiently and accurately</li><li>Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain quality</li><li>Follow system-generated production schedules to support on-time delivery</li><li>Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications</li><li>Perform daily machine checks and basic operator preventative maintenance (PMs)</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area</li><li>Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards</li><li>Assist with additional production tasks as assigned</li></ul><p>Critical Skills & Knowledge</p><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings</li><li>Basic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li><li>Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li></ul><p>Minimum Qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required</li><li>CNC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Safety shoes required</li></ul><p>Physical Demands</p><ul><li>Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.</li><li>Ability to stand and work on a manufacturing floor for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the work area</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>",
