    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position:&nbsp;</strong>Senior Process Engineer</p><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Location:</strong> Rockwall, TX&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>Description&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Responsible for supporting, developing, and optimizing all wire and cable related equipment and processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports the Agave Wire manufacturing site and creates consistency across all Copperweld Wire &amp; Cable manufacturing facilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports installation of future product lines.&nbsp;</li><li>Improves existing equipment by improving efficiencies, reducing strap, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports the installation and commissioning of new equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with operations and maintenance teams to support installations and commissioning.&nbsp;</li><li>Implements processes and procedures for all new equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Enters product specifications and QC requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues related to: Processes (human errors, procedural errors), Raw Materials (supplier issues, contamination), and Equipment (machine failures, design flaws).&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for optimizing productivity including: Run Rates, Processes/Procedures, Scrap Reduction/Material Usage.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for designing and procuring tooling/equipment, as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops plant layouts and tool/equipment drawings, as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Works with raw materials including establishing incoming inspections, troubleshooting material related issues, working with suppliers to determine root cause and dispositions, and qualifying new materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for building product specifications and developing/implementing testing procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilizes experience with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Solidworks Pro, AutoCAD, and PLEX.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements</u></strong>:</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must have 5 years of experience in extrusion engineering positions performing the following:&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;margin-left: 0.5in;\"><li>Troubleshooting extrusion lines and other wire related equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Working with PVC, Nylon, PE, XLPE, and TPE.&nbsp;</li><li>Creating run sheets and SOPs.&nbsp;</li><li>Meeting wire and cable regulatory quality requirements (UL, CSA, SAE, ISO).&nbsp;</li><li>Installing new wire and cable manufacturing equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Working with raw material vendors on qualifying new materials and refining existing materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Working with maintenance on PMs and spare parts.&nbsp;</li><li>Working with controls engineering to refine equipment functionality.&nbsp;</li><li>Implementing lean manufacturing tools including 5S, Kaizen, and SMED to improve process efficiency.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Please apply at <a href=\"https://www.agavewire.com/\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.agavewire.com/</a> under the careers tab and reference job number 1430.&nbsp;</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Agave Wire is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
