As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible writing, maintaining, and evolving data pipelines (E.T.L./E.L.T.), creating, validating, sharing, and controlling dashboards, reports, and API connections between connected data sources, and analyzing large and small datasets for valuable insights. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting will play a pivotal role in supporting Sales, Corporate Operations, and Field Operations sectors and their respective departments to contribute to the overall success of ION Solar.</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">A successful Senior Data Analyst will be open to feedback, both positive and critical, will drive adoption through persuasive, coordinated consistency, backed by valid and accurate data. Additionally, having additional experience in the solar industry and leveraging data science principles to evolve the data maturity level of the organization. Finally, grooming and assisting the growth of Junior Data Analysts and ensuring that the department has a cohesive and reliable accuracy rate by reviewing each other&rsquo;s work, code, and filter logic.</span></p>\n\n<p><br />\n<span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Define and catalog a data dictionary with utilization rates, key performance indicators and formula logic to ensure everyone is speaking the same language</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Deliver consistently accurate tables, visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present insights to stakeholders and management across multiple systems</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Study and watch market trends, refine weekly sales reports, daily Ops progression (including queues and workloads) for patterns and opportunities to improve the business</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Work with the B.I. Manager on current priorities, backlog stories, epics, and other initiatives as set by the B.I.
