      "content": "\n<li>Completes assignments in a timely fashion with little supervision; askes for additional</li>\n<li>information when tasks or assignments are unclear and supports the daily plan.</li>\n<li>Understands the tank building process and can identify the next tasks to be completed in the</li>\n<li>process uses that knowledge to complete rehabilitation and retrofit projects.</li>\n<li>Assists in checking grade and subgrade elevations using level or transit.</li>\n<li>Assists with the shoring erection, bracing, dismantling, and load out of shoring materials.</li>\n<li>Learns to read and interpret tank and shoring drawings.</li>\n<li>Assists with assembling pipe and fabrication of forms for pipe pits.</li>\n<li>Installs Appurtenances.</li>\n<li>Trains apprentices.</li>\n<li>Follows safety procedures and understands DN Tanks safety policies.</li>\n<li>Participates in the review of the task hazard analysis (THA).</li>\n<li>Identifies safety hazards and participates in the Award of Excellence (AOE) Program.</li>\n<li>Promotes clean, safe work practices by watching over other employees while performing work.</li>\n<li>Follows quality control (QC) program, understands construction tolerances, and reports any</li>\n<li>quality defects immediately.</li>\n<li>Maintains all certifications in compliance with DN Tanks Safety &amp; Equipment Programs.</li>\n<li>Responsible for continuous site cleanup and organization.</li>\n<li>Loads out the tank including braces, shoring, etc.</li>\n<li>Assists with shoring Installation.</li>\n<li>Establishes and executes DN University training goals with assistance from the Field Operations</li>\n<li>Manager.</li>\n<li>Plans safety into each operation and identifies or removes hazards immediately as part of the</li>\n<li>task without being asked.</li>\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n<li>CTS</li>\n<li>Analyze problem areas and make recommendations for repairs.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with the office, owners and engineers to keep all apprised of project status.</li>\n\n\n<li>Evaluate, remove and repair concrete as required.</li>\n<li>Erect and dismantle shoring, scaffolding and staging.</li>\n<li>Prestress wire removal and replacement utilizing wire stressing techniques.</li>\n<li>Repair existing appurtenances to include ladders, hatches, and vents.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>Perform tank chlorination procedures and leakage tests.</li>\n<li>Repair seepage and leakage utilizing standard DN Tanks’ injection methods.</li>\n<li>Follows all confined space procedures at all times</li>\n"
