    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking skilled <strong>Fire Alarm Service Technicians and Inspectors</strong> to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with inspecting, testing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing Fire Alarm systems. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>· Inspectors shall perform all inspections, testing and some repair tasks on fire alarm systems. </p><p>· Service technicians shall respond to scheduled and emergency service requests and perform in-depth trouble shooting, repair and/or replacement of system equipment. </p><p>· Service Technicians will have the ability to program fire alarm systems or have experience with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security, or CCTV. </p><p>· Frequently resolve problems through research of multiple alternatives. </p><p>· Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners. </p><p>· Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. </p><p>· Assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. </p><p>· Effectively communicate project status to management. </p><p>· Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required. </p><p>· Industry related FAL (Texas Fire Alarm License) is required. </p><p>· Experience with the following manufacturers: Edwards/EST, Kidde, Notifier, FireLite, Bosch, Silent Knight, DSC, Telguard, and Gamewell/FCI is preferred. </p><p>· Active Texas Fire Alarm Technician (FAL) Certification is required. </p><p>Industry related BICSI, NICET and/or State Certification is preferred. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be proficient in the use and application of industry related equipment including MS Office. </p></li>\n <li><p>Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers. </p></li>\n <li><p>Regular, reliable, predictable attendance. </p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with NFPA codes and fire protection system standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p></li>\n <li><p>Dual certification (e.g., fire alarm and sprinkler) preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with inspection software is an asset.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>: </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 60 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools as required and lifting to 75lbs. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You’ll Benefit from:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Unlimited Growth Opportunity</strong>: With a constantly expanding range of products and vertical markets, we consistently experience double-digit growth, creating new avenues for advancement and promotion within our company. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits Package</strong>: Our benefits package is here to support you and your well-being.
