    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Title:</strong>&nbsp;Graduate Student Employee Biweekly -&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Classification:</strong>&nbsp;Graduate Student Employee Biweekly</p>\n<p><strong>Department: </strong>Campus Recreation</p>\n<p><strong>Hiring Manager:</strong> AJ Norris</p>\n<p><strong>Contact:</strong> [email protected]</p>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule: </strong>Hours vary based on facility/marketing needs</p>\n<p><strong>Desired Length of Employment: </strong>Ongoing, beginning in fall</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $15/hour</p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n<p>Marketing/Communications (75%)<br/>-Supervise student workers in the management of departmental social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), seeking to increase awareness and benefits of Campus Recreation programs and overall health and wellness;<br/>-Maintain accurate data through social media engagement tracking;<br/>-Create and implement marketing strategies that utilize social and digital media, printed material and other means of communication;&nbsp;<br/>-Enhance communication for current and future student populations through the production of or supervision of production of creative web, video, graphics, social media, print, and electronic media;<br/>-Assist in the development of individual area’s marketing materials, as needed;&nbsp;<br/>-Assist in the creation and production of departmental publicity materials, including brochures, pamphlets, display/bulletin boards, and other branding pieces;<br/>-Assist with other events, publications, and departmental marketing efforts, as needed.<br/>-Serve as the Campus Recreation representative at various promotional events (if available), promoting Campus Recreation programs, services, and opportunities available.</p>\n<p>Project Development (15%)<br/>-Provide creative input in the development and implementation of departmental projects;<br/>-Work with area directors on various departmental marketing projects.</p>\n<p>Facility Management/Other (10%)<br/>-Assist in opening, closing and evening supervision rotation of Campus Recreation facilities throughout the week;&nbsp;<br/>-Other departmental duties, as assigned.<br/>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Employer</strong>: Baylor University</p>\n<p><strong>Work Location:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Work Address: </strong>209 Speight Ave, Waco, TX 76798</p>",
