    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is seeking a Web Content Specialist to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Spring, MD.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do in Your New Role</h2>\n<p>The Web Content Specialist manages and maintains PHCoE digital content to ensure timely dissemination of evidence-based psychological health resources and information.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain website content.</li>\n <li>Coordinate publication of reports, tools, and communication products.</li>\n <li>Ensure content accessibility and usability compliance.</li>\n <li>Support web analytics and performance monitoring.</li>\n <li>Create and manage multimedia web content.</li>\n <li>Coordinate updates with subject matter experts and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Web pages</li>\n <li>Digital communication products</li>\n <li>Online resource libraries</li>\n <li>Multimedia content</li>\n <li>Web analytics reports</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Web Communications, Digital Media, or related field.</li>\n <li>Experience with content management systems.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Section 508 compliance and web accessibility standards.</li>\n <li>Public Trust clearance; contract requires US Citizenship</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
