The successful candidate will provide individual and family therapy to clients using Telehealth, in office, or community settings. The therapist will monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals, complete referrals for services as needed, and maintain documentation in the practice management system. The therapist will also adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines of respective licensing Boards, Maryland COMAR Regulations, and CARF.  We are offering a sign-on bonus based on years of experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be licensed in the state of Maryland as an LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC</li>\n<li>Degree in behavioral or social science or related disciplines appropriate to the position</li>\n<li>Knowledge of current therapeutic practices and evidence-based treatments</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively with diverse populations</li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of technology and electronic health records</li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual and family therapy to clients in office, or community settings</li>\n<li>Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals</li>\n<li>Complete referrals for services as needed</li>\n<li>Implement and record data in the practice management system</li>\n<li>Complete required trainings</li>\n<li>Maintain required human resources documentation</li>\n<li>Adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines of respective licensing Boards, Maryland COMAR Regulations, and CARF<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year</p>\n<p>Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision), 401K</p>\n<p><br></p>",
