This position will offer the right candidate a rare opportunity to receive highly sought after and marketable training while on the job.  The chosen candidate will receive a great deal of training on a day-to-day basis.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This position involves the following responsibilities:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Answering phone calls from facilities, triaging issues and directing them to the appropriate areas</li>\n <li>Making phone calls to facilities to clarify pending prescription issues</li>\n <li>Helping to maintain admissions courier and pharmacy logs</li>\n <li>Making calls into back-up pharmacies and courier services for stat delivery of medications. </li>\n <li>Working hand in hand with pharmacists to help handle day-to-day tasks with customers</li>\n <li>Delivering the WE CARE customer service promise</li>\n <li>Delivering our Brand Promise – Pharmacy Made Simple</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Experience with medication order and terminology, the medication  order entry pharmacy setting and long-term care are preferred.  Medical record certification is helpful but not required.
