    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee financial operations at the Head Office level</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports</li><li>Support variance analysis processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies</li><li>Handle and coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely audit closure</li><li>Drive audit readiness and address audit observations effectively</li><li>Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures</li><li>Support business planning and strategic initiatives through financial insights</li><li>Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting</li><li>Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities</li><li>Drive process improvements and automation in finance functions</li><li>Able to work with Shared Services &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Profile/Competencies:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification</li><li>Experience: 10 Plus years of relevant experience in finance and accounting</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance</li><li>Mandatory experience in SAP (FICO module preferred)</li><li>Prior experience in handling audits and working with auditors is essential</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (good to have)&nbsp;</li></ul>",
