Machinists will use Haas VMC&rsquo;s and must have the ability to program G&amp;M codes. We are looking for a full time CNC Machinist that can work 1<sup>st</sup> shift Monday-Friday, occasionally on Saturdays. Hourly wage will be discussed during the interview process.</p><p><strong>Benefits Offered:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>Short/Long Term Disability&nbsp;</li><li>Life Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid Vacation&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Preferred Education &amp; Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Five years related experience or equivalent.</li><li>CNC Machinist Certificate</li><li>Knowledge of proper use of measuring tools/gauges and cutting tools.</li><li>Understand blueprints and routers.</li><li>Work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.</li><li>Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.</li><li>Understand any and all safety requirements and cautions.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Plans machining by studying, blueprints, engineering plans, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&amp;T).</li><li>Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.</li><li>Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to international standards.</li><li>Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.</li><li>Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.</li><li>Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
