Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for Hollywood Casino Tunica, Resorts Tunica, and/or 1st Jackpot Tunica:    </li>\n <li>Maintains the surrounding outside property, as it related to debris, plants, sidewalk and paver finishes. </li>\n <li>Plows snow, spreads salt and other materials as needed.</li>\n <li> Responsible for duties inside the building, including but not limited to cleaning assignments for fountains, mechanical rooms, etc. during inclement weather. </li>\n <li> Pressure washes all bricks, parking bus depot and building.</li>\n <li> Washes all machinery with pressure washer. </li>\n <li> Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. </li>\n <li> Answers all calls promptly and courteously.</li>\n <li> Maintains all grounds keeping equipment such as blowers and sweepers. Reports issues to Manager.</li>\n <li> Reports any issues to the Facilities Supervisor/Manager.</li>\n <li> Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li>\n <li> Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   </li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required; zero to one year of experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to department and company standards.</li>\n <li>Must have working knowledge of and be able to use a vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, Tommie lift, and a shop vac. - Must have working knowledge of safety guidelines. </li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.</li>\n <li> Must use personal protective equipment and use job related chemicals according to safety standards. </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a high-volume environment.  </li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li>\n <li> Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.  </li>\n <li> SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.   </li>\n <li>LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.   </li>\n <li>REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.  </li>\n <li> CERTIFiCATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must have a valid Driver License.    </li>\n <li>PHYSICAL DEMANDS  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
