Collaborating closely with Project Managers, technical field staff, drafters, engineers, and municipal partners, your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating and managing projects from planning to completion, including engineering, design, data analytics, field data collection, and utility construction</li>\n<li>Tracking and reporting on project metrics, status, productivity, and logistical details while identifying potential risks and issues</li>\n<li>Assisting with or leading the preparation of quotes, reviewing SOWs, and reaching consensus with clients on deliverables and expectations</li>\n<li>Facilitating communications with customers to prepare specifications, explain proposals, and present findings</li>\n<li>Contributing directly to the design, development, and inspection of projects as needed</li>\n<li>Supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure project success</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What Success Looks Like</span></p>\n<p>Within your first 12–18 months, you'll be:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing projects effectively while meeting timeline and budget requirements</li>\n<li>Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives</li>\n<li>Coordinating and reviewing work of project teams</li>\n<li>Successfully managing project changes and adaptations</li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining project metrics and documentation</li>\n<li>Demonstrating growth in your technical knowledge and project capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Delivery Experience: demonstrated experience facilitating successful project delivery, team coordination, or management in telecommunications or similar technical domains</li>\n<li>Educational Requirements: University/College/Technical School Graduate or equivalent combination of experience and training; telecommunications or engineering background preferred</li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management software, financial forecasting, metrics tracking, and Google Suite or Microsoft applications</li>\n<li>Project Management Excellence: Ability to plan projects, identify risks, manage ongoing projects, and create comprehensive status reports</li>\n<li>Strategic Communication: Strong ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members</li>\n<li>Problem-Solving Mindset: Well-organized, time-conscious, and results-focused with demonstrated ability to break down problems into manageable segments</li>\n<li>Resilience: Capacity to bounce back from challenges and adjust course<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What's In It for YOU? </span></p>\n<p>We know that when you grow, we grow.
