  "description": "<p>We are looking for a Project Manager who will support the Value Chain by ensuring <strong>alignment with the strategic vision</strong> and by monitoring <strong>risks and issues</strong> so they are addressed early. The Project Manager will work closely with core members and other PMOs to ensure consistent ways of working. They will support <strong>capacity and budget planning</strong> with budget officers and the DTO PMO, assist with resource planning, and monitor budget utilisation. The role also covers demand management: helping stakeholders add and update initiatives, maintaining the <strong>project catalogue</strong> and roadmap, tracking progress, preparing management reporting, reviewing the backlog, and suggesting improvements to processes and tools. In addition, the Project Manager will manage communication by publishing updates on Teams, Smartsite, and the intranet, ensuring information flows smoothly, and training new members on processes and tools.
