Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.</em></p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join our growing specialty team in the Bronx. The Rheumatologist will provide outpatient consultative and longitudinal care for patients with complex rheumatologic conditions while working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.</p><p>Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging studies.</p><p>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.</p><p>Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.</p><p>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.</p><p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.</p><p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.</p><p>Completion of an ACGME-accredited Rheumatology fellowship.</p><p>Board Certified/Eligible in Rheumatology.</p><p>Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain).</p><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to patient-centered care.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Essen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.</em></strong></p>",
