This role involves evaluating market trends, collaborating with various teams, and implementing technology solutions to enhance e-commerce operations.</p><ul><li>Perform daily, monthly, and annual activities to support hardware and software resources.</li><li>Evaluate market trends and stay updated on emerging technologies and e-commerce developments.</li><li>Ensure high quality of data integrity by creating and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and standards.</li><li>Regularly monitor and initiate software updates, ensuring they do not cause conflicts.</li><li>Maintain and support integrated applications with hosted customer websites.</li><li>Provide support and maintenance for SAP, Shopify, POS, ShippingEasy, and other software.</li><li>Administer network and data security, including firewalls and virus protection.</li><li>Perform and maintain data backups to ensure safety and integrity of company data.</li><li>Collaborate with the eCommerce Data Manager to integrate and update technology.</li><li>Liaison with third-party selling channels to resolve service and integration issues.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to implement new sales channel opportunities.</li><li>Customize and develop Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Integrate third-party apps and sales channels to extend Shopify's functionality.</li><li>Implement best practices for SEO and accessibility.</li><li>Connect Shopify stores with other systems through APIs.</li><li>Identify and fix bugs or issues on the website.</li><li>Collaborate to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.</li><li>Update website content, including products and navigation.</li></ul>",
