As the industries have evolved, Roberts Sinto has developed and refined its capabilities to offer a broad range of services and equipment for all industrial applications.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Roberts Sinto is currently seeking an Industrial Machine Builder to join our Team in Grand Ledge, MI</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>General</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Positions machine bases and stages sub-assemblies for final assembly.</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates machine base placement with other department space requirements and scheduling.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Positions bases according to knowledge of unit being assembled and per blueprint drawings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Uses cranes and other devices to move and set materials.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Final assembles equipment per engineering drawings.</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Using hand tools, assembles together sub-assemblies to build entire machine.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Confers with engineers to resolve problems encountered during build.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Troubleshoots newly assembled equipment.</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At various stages during assembly troubleshoots equipment to determine any unforeseen problems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Routinely practices safety for themselves and all other employees.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Assisting in the installation of hydraulic equipment</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to bend piping and tubing, making hoses, and identifying fittings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete threading on black piping.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Assists Engineering and Sales in run-off of new equipment for customers;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>disassembles</strong> <strong>equipment for shipping.</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in customer run-offs with assembly expertise.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Disassembles equipment and loads to trucks.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We Want From You</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School diploma or Equivalent-GED;
