The specialist will ensure that the necessary adjustments are made to the equipment, so that the processes run efficiently. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Monday - Wednesday : 7:00pm - 7:00am</strong><strong>Thursday: 7:00pm-1:00am</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process, including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and workflow. </li>\n <li>Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and make adjustments as needed. </li>\n <li>Provide molded components in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met </li>\n <li>Generate documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility. </li>\n <li>Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment. </li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.  </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems and connections between the Mold/Tool and the machines.  </li>\n <li>Analyze, install, test, and review machine settings to increase operating efficiency. </li>\n <li>Draft and perform mold validations. </li>\n <li>Complete required paperwork - routing/setup sheet, time sheet etc. </li>\n <li>Confer with Production Manager, area leaders, programmers, engineers, or others to resolve molding or assembly issues. </li>\n <li>Input and/or retrieve the correct program code from the machine and network. </li>\n <li>Other assignments as requested. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in injection molding </li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills.  </li>\n <li>Good oral and written communication. </li>\n <li>Experience with Process Control Documentation  </li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of computers including MS office, Email, etc. </li>\n <li>Understanding of IM codes and command of the machine </li>\n <li>Ability to develop setting sheets and setting parameters for current and new products </li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>\n <li>Ranger Robot Program a plus </li>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Ability to frequently move, transport, and position equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>WHAT WE OFFER:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Medical Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>HSA, FSA, Commuter Benefits</li>\n  <li>Medical Discounts</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Ancillary Benefits</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Insurance</li>\n  <li>Voluntary, Spouse, and Child Life Insurance</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Pet Insurance</li>\n <li>Employee Discount Programs</li>\n <li>401k matching</li>\n <li>Paid time off (including 15 PTO days and 11 holidays)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Range: $ 20.68  -$30.17</strong></p>\n<p><em>Please note that the salary information is a general guideline.
