This is not an entry-level customer service role. It is a professional client-facing position where you will own relationships, coordinate financial operations, supervise offshore execution teams, and ensure seamless delivery.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and enjoy being the trusted point person for your clients, we want to meet you.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You will manage the full financial operations lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of clients:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Overseeing bill pay workflows</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Supervising and coordinating offshore execution teams</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Ensuring reconciliations are accurate and up to date</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Advising clients on best practices and technology</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Driving operational accuracy and risk prevention</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>You will not be processing payments yourself. You will own the client relationship, manage deliverables, review accuracy, and ensure that everything is running smoothly across your client accounts.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Who We Are Looking For</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; <strong>2 or more years</strong> of experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, bill pay, or client account management</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; <strong>2 or more years</strong> of remote work experience with strong time management and communication discipline</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; <strong>2 or more years</strong> of supervisory experience (leading onshore or offshore team members or holding accountability for work execution through others)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage clients with professionalism</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Ability to drive accuracy and accountability across teams (onshore and offshore)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Proactive, risk-aware, and focused on delivering white-glove service</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Comfortable using cloud-based tools, collaboration platforms, and fintech apps</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Experience with Bill.com or Sage Intacct is a bonus</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why This Role</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; You will be the face of the client relationship, not just taking orders behind the scenes</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; You will work with high-end clients and deliver professional-level service</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; You will have the opportunity to drive improvements and scale the operation rather than follow scripts</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; This is a fully remote position for U.S.-based applicants only.
