JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Export Marketing Executive Position Code U-FL-EM-NN-1133 Reporting To Head- Export Marketing Sub Function Export Marketing Unit/ Location Films Division, Noida 1. JOB PURPOSE Responsible for Business development and Operational Support to Business in Asia Pacific region 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators ( Accountabilities indicate your primary responsibilities) (Key Performance Indicators are the measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities. · Sales Planning ,Order generation from the market and increasing sales volume · Key Account Management · Customer relationship Management · Consultative selling & Negotiation skills · Business Development · Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote products and services · Able to gather market intelligence and identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positions in the market · Increase the order generation by establishing contacts and building new relationships · Knowledge and understanding of geographical coverage, customer need assessment & retention and provide feedback on products future buying trends. · Organizing sales visits and maintaining sales records · End to end monitoring of the order cycle form procurement to dispatch · Preparation and sending of PI & getting confirmation ( Accuracy, speed, follow up for timely execution ) · Timely order processing & shipment execution to meet customer requirements ( on time order booking , follow up with concerned personnel for timely completion of orders, meeting ETD & ETAs, informing tentative shipment schedules to customers and update on any deviation ) · Post Shipment management (on time advising final shipment schedules, sending shipping docs copies to customers, managing discrepancies if any. Ensure timely sending of original docs to customer/ Bank) · Keeping track to ensure timely realization of payments, follow up with customers in case of any delay and taking required actions · Sampling Management (timely arranging of samples to customers, following up to convert sampling into commercial orders ) · Ensure price realization of the products · Working on LC with some parties · Maintain relationship with the clients · Understand customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale. · Direct communication with customers/ agents ( timely response to customer queries on all aspects of business, clarity in communication both written and verbal) · Customer complaint handling ( On time lodging of complaints, follow up to get required information from customer, follow up with QA team for timely closure of complaints and keeping customers updated on progress. Sending complaint closures to customers ) · Able to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person or via telephone/ email. · Able to build a compelling value proposition and support in building and positioning the organization brand. · Able to negotiate with customer for positive outcomes · Able to handle customer objections and present their business proposals and ensuring sales closure. · Able to prospect for potential customer and new business 3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience MBA – International Marketing with 2-4 years of work exp Technical and Behavioral Skills · Knowledge of BOPET/BOPP/ CPP products ,Manufacturing process & Equipments · Ability to think out of the box and can create innovative solutions to work problems · Ability to go beyond customer’s need and expectations and understand the correlation between Customer satisfaction to Business impact and Act accordingly · Ability to think about organization and teams first before self. Ability to create a level of trust, mutual respect and sharing approach in the team. · Take personal responsibility for achieving the results .
