    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Completions Field Service Representative&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>JOB SUMMARY</u></strong>: As a member of Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc., the Completion Field Service Representative will report directly to the District Manager &ndash; Completions and will be located at one of our field office locations. &nbsp;The primary function of this position is to oversee and install Tier 1&rsquo;s equipment at customer job sites.</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Understand and adhere to all Tier 1 Energy Solutions (Tier 1) policies and procedures, furthermore understand and adhere to any client&rsquo;s policies and procedures;</li><li>Running completion and service tools;</li><li>Making up/redressing completion equipment and service tools in the workshop or at the rig site;</li><li>Consult with customers concerning products and services, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and insures customer satisfaction with results;</li><li>Review the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose. &nbsp;Identify any additional contingencies that should be provided for;</li><li>Performs all aspects of the job in compliance with team processes and apply technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations;</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities;</li><li>Properly maintains assigned equipment and interacts with third parties whose activities could impact the process of installing completions products to assure proper coordination;</li><li>Train Service Specialists in areas of expertise;</li><li>Conduct and documents all Health, Safety and Environmental related activities at the well site; &nbsp;site assessments and risk analyses, onsite safety meetings, PPE use, etc;</li><li>Compiles all well site and post- job paperwork and participates in post-job review with their supervisor;</li><li>Assist and transport and delivery of manufactured materials to and from work site to well site;</li><li>Assist in the responsibility for the safety and well-being of the location to include all internal and external customers;</li><li>Available on short notice at all times to respond quickly to customer needs;</li><li>Maintain a clear driving record;</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of (3) three years&rsquo; experience running completion tools unsupervised;</li><li>5 years in the Oilfield service industry;</li><li>Ability to write reports and simple correspondence and effectively communicate/present information to groups of coworkers, customers, or members of the management team;</li><li>Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts (fractions, ratios, percentages, proportions) to practical situations;</li><li>Strong communication skills;</li><li>Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry specifically thru tubing products and services;</li><li>Capable of working in remote areas;</li><li>Strong attention to detail;</li><li>Ability to mentor and willingness to learn and grow within Tier 1;</li><li>Ability to think quickly and apply problem solving skills to situations as they come up in the field;</li><li>Ability to work in a positive team environment;</li><li>Ability to work with hand and power tools;</li><li>Required to keep all applicable certifications up to date as required by Tier 1&rsquo;s Quality and HSE.</li><li>Ability to operate independently;</li><li>Ability to champion a company safety culture.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Frequent climbing (stairs, ladders, terrain);</li><li>Frequent lifting, pushing and pulling (70 pounds);</li><li>Frequent bending, twisting and standing;</li><li>Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather conditions;</li><li>Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week;</li><li>Exposure to high noise over 85 dba.</li></ul><p><strong>Educations, Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma, General Education Diploma, or Equivalent Experience;</li><li>H2S (an asset);</li><li>Class 5 Drivers License (a must);</li><li>First Aid/CPR (an asset).</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Results from a pre-employment test must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1&rsquo;s policies;</li><li>5 years commercial/drivers abstract must be in compliant with Tier 1&rsquo;s guidelines;</li><li>Results from a back ground check must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1&rsquo;s guidelines;</li><li>Ability to travel;</li><li>Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
