      "content": "\n<li>Responsible for ensuring maintenance activities and preventative maintenance completed meets the company's Food Safety, Quality &amp; Legal requirements.</li>\n<li>Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to avoid disruption to manufacturing operations.</li>\n<li>Making sure that employees work safely and are properly trained.</li>\n<li>Coordinate plant activities with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.</li>\n<li>Manage parts and ordering of supplies needed to ensure plant continually runs for production needs</li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, and related systems and equipment</li>\n<li>Oversee installation, modification, and repair of machinery and facility systems.</li>\n<li>Work with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or equipment service.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency.</li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental or organizational objectives.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High School Diploma or GED. Related Technical Degree preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance specializing in mechanical and electrical work on industrial equipment in a manufacturing facility.</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and balance various activities and projects throughout the day.</li>\n<li>Experience in a food manufacturing facility.</li>\n<li>Effective Communicator throughout all levels of the organization.</li>\n<li>Previous Lead Technician and Supervisor experience.</li>\n<li>Licensing in Electrical, Welding or related field preferred.</li>\n<li>Must have valid driver’s license.</li>\n"
