This role will work closely with Chinese church communities nationwide while also supporting church partnerships across the Top of the North Island, particularly churches located north of the Auckland Harbour Bridge.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will inspire churches to participate through prayer, advocacy, learning and generosity, including opportunities such as the Chosen child sponsorship programme, which enables churches to build meaningful connections with children and communities around the world.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and manage relationships with pastors, church leaders and congregations</li>\n<li>Identify and develop new partnerships with churches and Christian networks</li>\n<li>Represent World Vision at church services, conferences and Christian events</li>\n<li>Encourage church participation in prayer, advocacy and sponsorship initiatives</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of engagement and partnerships using CRM systems</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful engagement opportunities</li>\n<li>Support volunteers and church champions who advocate for World Vision within their congregations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is your opportunity to join a professional, passionate and diverse team at World Vision New Zealand, who will stop at nothing to create meaningful change for children.
