The Service Drive team members at University Volkswagen are hard-working and fun-loving. The Service Consultant will work closely with the Volkswagen Service Manager and the rest of the Volkswagen Service Drive team.</p><p>Any job offer will be conditioned on passing a drug test for the following substances: Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Methadone, Propoxyphene, Cocaine, Heroin, Codeine, Morphine, Amphetamines, PCP. <strong>We do not test for marijuana or THC.</strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;managing&nbsp;client&nbsp;expectations&nbsp;and&nbsp;customer&nbsp;experience&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;front&nbsp;counter.</li><li>Responsible for assisting &ldquo;VIP&rdquo; clients as well as clients with &ldquo;known issues&rdquo; and resolving&nbsp;concerns&nbsp;in&nbsp;real&nbsp;time.</li><li>Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;recording&nbsp;client&nbsp;concerns&nbsp;accurately.</li><li>Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;providing&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;estimates&nbsp;for&nbsp;repair&nbsp;to&nbsp;clients.</li><li>Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;sales&nbsp;including&nbsp;maintenance,&nbsp;repair, warranty,&nbsp;parts,&nbsp;and&nbsp;other&nbsp;work.</li><li>Responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;meeting&nbsp;Key&nbsp;Performance&nbsp;Indicators&nbsp;as&nbsp;outlined&nbsp;by&nbsp;Service&nbsp;Manager.</li><li>Responsible for managing and maintaining the Dealership&rsquo;s reputation by providing the highest&nbsp;quality service,&nbsp;accepting&nbsp;ownership&nbsp;for&nbsp;&ndash; and&nbsp;resolving,&nbsp;customer service issues.</li><li>Expected to adhere to the service process and cashiering guide.</li><li>Expected to complete and maintain factory certification and factory trainings as directed and in the timeframe established by their direct supervisor.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>One year&nbsp;or more experience&nbsp;of&nbsp;client&nbsp;management&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;automotive&nbsp;or hospitality industries or two or more years&rsquo; experience in any client management role.
