A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT), an employee-owned consultant engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated Site Civil Project Engineer to join our growing Site and Infrastructure team of design professionals in our Rockville, MD or Herndon, VA office. In addition to supporting projects in the assigned office, the candidate may be involved with other AMT offices and project opportunities. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in the planning and civil engineering design of mixed use, residential, commercial, institutional, and public site development projects. BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution EIT Required, PE preferred Ability to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates Ability to assist with the preparation of engineering studies and reports Technical proficiency in using AutoCAD including Civil 3D required
