In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the structural integrity and interior reliability of our aircraft fleet. This position involves close collaboration with maintenance teams, equipment manufacturers, and regulatory agencies to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operations. 0);\">Included in position but not limited to:</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The&nbsp;Technical&nbsp;Engineering Specialist-Structures&nbsp;and Interiors&nbsp;reports directly to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Manager, Technical Engineering.&nbsp;Operational control elements, when applicable, always reside with the air carrier.&nbsp;The Specialist provides in-depth knowledge, skill, and experience relating primarily to aircraft Structures and Interiors as well as associated alteration and repair programs.&nbsp;Conducts daily task activities to monitor, assess, and take appropriate actions needed&nbsp;to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;aircraft&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;safely,&nbsp;reliably,&nbsp;and&nbsp;economically.&nbsp;Liaises&nbsp;directly&nbsp;with equipment manufacturers and service providers to develop and produce technical data and documents used in the maintenance and repair of company aircraft.&nbsp;Provides after-hours engineering support for Maintenance Control during AOG situations.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The&nbsp;minimum&nbsp;qualifications&nbsp;for&nbsp;this&nbsp;position require:</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree; or equivalent level of experience in a mechanical or aeronautical discipline.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">At&nbsp;least&nbsp;three&nbsp;(3)&nbsp;years&rsquo;&nbsp;experience&nbsp;processing&nbsp;structures&nbsp;and&nbsp;interiors engineering work&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;part&nbsp;121&nbsp;air&nbsp;carrier&nbsp;(regional&nbsp;or&nbsp;mainline).</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Must&nbsp;have&nbsp;very&nbsp;competent&nbsp;oral&nbsp;and&nbsp;written&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills,&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to read and write fluently in the English language.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Possess&nbsp;a&nbsp;valid&nbsp;FAA&nbsp;Airframe&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Powerplant&nbsp;license&nbsp;(preferred &ndash;&nbsp;required&nbsp;if&nbsp;not degreed).</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Basic mathematical competencies</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Structures&nbsp;and&nbsp;interiors&nbsp;knowledge/experience&nbsp;of&nbsp;CRJ&nbsp;is&nbsp;desired;&nbsp;will&nbsp;consider&nbsp;other aircraft experience</span></li><li><span
