Pioneer Parkway Pantego, Texas 76013</li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-4pm</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing and presenting proposals for clients after identifying materials, labor, time, subcontractor equipment and overhead cost estimates.</li>\n<li>Preparing reports for management indicating both short and long-term requirements for resources needed to complete projects to plan, organize and schedule work and to determine profitability.</li>\n<li>Maintain database of products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, customer preferences and industry trends to accurately estimate proposals.</li>\n<li>Work closely with other departments using clear communication and teamwork.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with estimation of material, labor and time costs from various inputs, vendors, and data.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively, despite numerous interruptions and changing priorities.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Anton Cabinetry's products, services, manufacturing operations.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database, graphic design, and construction take-off applications.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of drafting and engineering principles, standards, and terminology.</li>\n<li>Able to read, interpret and analyze blueprint-type drawings, and knowledge of layout, shop drawing and construction drawing principles for custom commercial millwork and casework.</li>\n<li>Have strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact tactfully and effectively with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.</li>\n<li>Have strong project planning, problem solving, decision-making and business reasoning skills, combined with attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Have strong knowledge and accuracy with mathematical concepts and calculations.</li>\n<li>Experience using TradeSoft, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam construction software.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 or more years' experience with estimation of layout, design, construction, installation project costs for custom commercial or residential casework and/or millwork.</li>\n<li>Associate's degree with a focus on construction management or equivalent combination of experience and education.</li>\n</ul>",
