This is an opportunity to grow a quality career in a fast-moving defense manufacturing environment with real ownership and visibility across the organization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and maintain the company Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100D</li>\n<li>Review and interpret quality requirements from customer drawings, contracts, and purchase orders and provide technical input on quality flowdowns to operations and manufacturing</li>\n<li>Support First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and coordination</li>\n<li>Interface with customer quality representatives on quality submittals and non-conformances</li>\n<li>Support internal and external audits including AS9100D surveillance and customer source inspections</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and process documentation</li>\n<li>Track and manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA)</li>\n<li>Support root cause corrective action (RCCA) investigations and effectiveness verification</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure quality requirements are understood and implemented on the shop floor</li>\n<li>Work closely with the Quality Technician to ensure inspection activities are properly documented and traceable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or technical role — or equivalent education and experience</li>\n<li>Familiarity with quality management systems or quality standards</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, business, or related field</li>\n<li>Familiarity with AS9100D quality management requirements</li>\n<li>Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection documentation</li>\n<li>Experience with CAPA and RCCA processes</li>\n<li>Experience interfacing with government or defense customer quality representatives</li>\n<li>Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environments</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CMM and 3D scanning inspection methods and how results are interpreted against engineering drawings and GD&amp;T requirements</li>\n<li>Familiarity with lean manufacturing, kaizen, or quality management systems as practiced in precision manufacturing or automotive environments — experience with Japanese manufacturing methodologies or companies operating under these principles is a plus</li>\n<li>ASQ certification (CQE, CQT, or similar) a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a full-time salaried position with highly competitive compensation based on experience and skills, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>ReLogic Research, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination and harassment.
