partner’s activities, reviewing proposals and contracts, developing performance specifications, and serving as a liaison with the organizations. </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><span>Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of the Value Chain &amp;
