    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Hourly pay rate: Hire is $22.20, 6 months $22.56, 1 year $23.21</p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ol><li>Work on production lines processing various products</li><li>Help maintain a safe working environment for all &nbsp;employees by following all safety rules</li><li>Help ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced for our customers by following all good manufacturing practices</li><li>Perform other position specific duties as assigned by the supervisor</li><li>Must be able to read, write and speak English</li></ol><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts</li><li>No restrictions standing on a concrete floor for 8-12 hours</li><li>Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 32-40 degrees</li><li>Must be able to perform repetitive motions, such as: twisting, turning, bending and reaching</li><li>Lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Must wear a hairnet, hard hat, ear muffs, safety glasses, steel toe boots and or other personal protective equipment as required for the position</li><li>Must be able to work with large groups as a team and also be able to work unsupervised</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous machine operator experience is a plus</li><li>Must have basic reading, writing and math skills</li></ul><p><i>Questions on our on-line application process?
