This role ensures safe, productive, and high-quality fabrication operations while managing shop personnel, workflow, scheduling execution, equipment utilization, and shop organization.</p>\n<p>The Misc Metals Foreman works closely with the Plant Manager and Misc Metals Operations Manager to execute production priorities and achieve operational, quality, and safety goals related to miscellaneous metals fabrication operations.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Production Management</strong></p>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Manage daily miscellaneous metals fabrication operations.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Execute production schedules and priorities established by operations leadership.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Coordinate manpower and workflow to maximize shop efficiency.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Monitor fabrication progress and provide production status updates.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Coordinate fitting, welding, assembly, and material handling activities within the shop.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Workforce Leadership</strong></p>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Supervise miscellaneous metals fabrication personnel, including fitters, welders, operators, and laborers.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Support employee accountability, development, and training initiatives.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Conduct daily production and safety meetings.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Maintain proper staffing levels and labor utilization.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Promote teamwork, communication, and operational accountability within the shop.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Safety &amp; Quality</strong></p>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Enforce all company safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, fabrication tolerances, and project specifications.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Address fabrication deficiencies and implement corrective actions.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Promote housekeeping and shop organization standards.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Coordinate with QC personnel regarding inspections and quality concerns.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Facility &amp; Equipment Oversight</strong></p>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Monitor fabrication equipment condition and operational readiness.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair needs with management.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Ensure proper material handling, storage, and consumable inventory levels.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Support shop organization and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n\n<p><strong>KPI &amp; Reporting</strong></p>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Track labor hours, productivity, rework, and operational efficiency.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Monitor schedule adherence and production throughput.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Participate in KPI reviews and operational reporting meetings.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Assist with manpower planning and production forecasting.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p>\n<p>Coordinate with:</p>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Plant Manager</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Misc Metals Operations Manager</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Project Management</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Purchasing</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Detailing</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Data Control</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">QC Department</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Safety Department</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Logistics / Trucking</li>\n\n</div>"
