    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Insider Threat Program Systems SME supporting an Intelligence Community Customer in Lorton, VA. As a Systems SME, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of the customer systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security. You will work collaboratively with the IT team to support various projects and initiatives on both classified and unclassified networks.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports the ITP enterprise infrastructure consisting of Windows, Linux, and VMWARE platforms</li>\n <li>Performs all routine maintenance activities.</li>\n <li>Provides guidance on upgrades and system recapitalization.</li>\n <li>Performs availability/capacity management.</li>\n <li>Oversees High Speed Guard Cross Domain solution that supports the transfer of data between multiple classification domains. </li>\n <li>Supports all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline. </li>\n <li>Supports performance management to ensure key metrics are tracked and captured reflecting the efficacy and performance of the enterprise. </li>\n <li>Oversees the storage and server infrastructure to ensure its continued viability and support of mission requirements. </li>\n <li>Designs and supports system recapitalization plans to account for capacity growth and changes as directed by the customer. </li>\n <li>Serves as the subject matter expert on all ITP infrastructure. </li>\n <li>Oversees virtualization fabric and ensures its proper execution in support of ITP requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This position is 100% onsite in Lorton, VA.</strong> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Clearance Required: </strong>Active Top Secret with ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Degree and Years of Experience: </strong>Bachelors degree and (12)+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (10)+ years of prior relevant experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior leadership responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.</li>\n <li>Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management, and customer stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of defense-in-depth principles, network/HW/SW security architecture, network topology, IT device integrity, and common security elements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or related field.</li>\n <li>Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management.</li>\n <li>Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.</li>\n <li>Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard Platforms.</li>\n <li>Experience with VMWare and/or Hyper-V virtualization solutions.</li>\n <li>Experience with On Premise Systems Infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Experience leading a team of engineers in support of hardware infrastructure.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Abile Group, Inc.</h2>\n<p>Abile Group LLC was formed in July 2004 to partner with the Intelligence Community and their Contractors in the areas of Enterprise Analytics & Performance Management, IT & Systems Engineering and Program & Project Management.
