We’re looking for an HRIS Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and human experience—someone who can turn Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM into a seamless, intuitive “one-stop shop” that empowers employees, managers, and HR teams alike. This is more than system administration; it’s about building smarter workflows, unlocking insights, and ensuring our technology keeps pace with a fast-moving, high-impact organization.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do</strong>:</p>\n<p>You’ll lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of our Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment—owning system administration, enhancements, and continuous improvement. From orchestrating quarterly updates without disruption to refining workflows that make life easier for our teams, you’ll ensure the system runs smoothly, securely, and at full capability. You’ll partner across HR and Talent functions to enforce governance, optimize processes, and deliver meaningful data insights, while also championing user adoption through training and support. Simply put, you’ll transform HR technology into a powerful, reliable engine that drives better decisions and a better employee experience.<br><br><strong>We’d Love To Hear From People With</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>3+ years of HRIS Manager experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM</li>\n <li>7+ years of HRIS techno/functional analyst experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM<br>\n  strong understanding of SDLC using the Agile model basic understanding of SQL preferred</li>\n <li>Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite</li>\n <li>Ability to work hybrid and or remotely, participate in virtual conference calls, and travel for team and group events as needed<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>A Successful Candidate Brings</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A commitment to excellence and the development of a high-performing team</li>\n <li>Ability to lead and energize teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs; effectively manage, develop, and mentor a team</li>\n <li>Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and function with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of HR and talent products, functions, and processes</li>\n <li>Strong ability to understand technical documentation</li>\n <li>Excellent presentation skills<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong></p>\n<p>Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000. This position is Bonus eligible.
