Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Executive Housekeeper, is responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned rooms/suites. They will also report maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain rooms/suites in compliance with OSHA and other required standards.</p><p><strong>MAJOR DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Check housekeeping cart for supplies, stock as needed.</li><li>Greet guests immediately with friendly/sincere acknowledgement.</li><li>Strip dirty linens/towels and remove amenities from room/suite.</li><li>Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows/tracks. Report rooms as clean and available.</li><li>Reports maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain room in compliance with hotel standards.</li><li>Replenish linen and guest amenities.</li><li>Clean balconies, if applicable.</li><li>Respond to special requests by guests (such as providing extra amenities or service).</li><li>Requires ability to follow verbal directions.</li><li>Requires thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures as well as cleaning supplies.</li><li>Always represent the hotel in a positive manner; SMILE.&nbsp;😊</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:</strong></p><p>This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving.
