Our ideal candidate is dependable, professional, adaptable, and experienced in both troubleshooting and hands-on plumbing repairs.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete service calls efficiently and professionally</li>\n<li>Diagnose plumbing issues and determine practical, cost-effective solutions</li>\n<li>Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations</li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members</li>\n<li>Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction</li>\n<li>Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and jobsite conditions</li>\n<li>Perform physical plumbing work, including repairs under homes, digging, concrete work, and equipment operation</li>\n<li>Safely use ladders, jackhammers, hand tools, and plumbing equipment</li>\n<li>Accurately document work performed and materials used</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License required</li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities</li>\n<li>Dependable attendance and professional attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<p>This role is hands-on and physically demanding.
