The role of the Maintenance Technician is vital in upholding an efficient, dependable, safe, and conducive environment for our esteemed owners, valued guests, and respected team members.  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>\n <li>Previous hospitality industry preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability, knowledge, and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. </li>\n <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Ability to establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities preferred.</li>\n <li>Possession of a valid Hawaii driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ka’anapali Ali’i is an equal-opportunity employer.
