The Branch Lead will resolve customer issues in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service to all clients. This role will act on behalf of the Branch Manager when they are not available.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Responsible for overseeing accuracy, timeliness, and processing of daily customer orders with the customer service team in support of sales team.    </li><li>Review billing edit list on daily basis. Use as a tool to identify training opportunities with the CSR&rsquo;s.</li><li>Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping while coordinating with Warehouse manager and warehouse staff.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee and reconcile inventory counts from the Logistics Coordinator on a monthly, quarterly basis and at year end. Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies. Coordinate with Inventory Analyst as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors and oversees the training of all new personnel in conjunction with Operations Trainer.</li><li>Be the backup to the branch CSR&rsquo;s&nbsp;during times of heavy workloads and absences.</li><li>Handle customer complaints.</li><li>Process machine, rental, and lease orders.</li><li>Collaborate with management to identify slow moving inventory and discuss with sales team to facilitate its movement.</li><li>Research and resolve billing issues supporting the Customer Account Specialist.</li><li>Act on behalf of the branch manager when they are not available, coordinating with operations, sales, and service management as necessary.</li><li>Support month and year end close processes.</li><li>Other duties and special projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma (GED or High Scholl Equivalency Certificate) required.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of all branch roles.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams&nbsp;</li><li>NetSuite ERP system knowledge preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.</li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.</li><li>Exposure to lean principles.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">Why work at Associated Packaging, Inc.?</span></strong></p><p><strong>Longevity</strong> - Associated Packaging, Inc. has been providing packaging solutions for companies since 1977.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Stability</strong> - Even during times of recession and economic uncertainty, Associated Packaging, Inc. has remained financially strong and experienced tremendous growth.</p><p><strong>Customer Service</strong> - We focus on partnering with our customers to find and maintain the best solution possible for their packaging needs.
