font-weight: bold\">Building Electrical Design</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead the design of electrical systems for commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, institutional, and mixed‑use buildings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform and review load calculations, short‑circuit and coordination studies, and system sizing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design lighting layouts, lighting control systems, and photometric studies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead the design of fire alarm, life safety, emergency, and standby power systems (UPS and generators).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare grounding, bonding, heat trace, and communications system designs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Municipal &amp; Subdivision Electrical Design</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead the design of low‑ and medium‑voltage distribution systems for subdivisions and large land development projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee streetlighting, distribution pathways, and communications network layouts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with the City of Toronto, telecom providers, and other authorities having jurisdiction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to feasibility studies, servicing reviews, and electrical planning for new communities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
