You’ll work alongside engineers, architects, and delivery specialists to develop technology that enables faster, safer decision-making for critical operations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Your work may include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Provide first response to tickets, calls, emails and monitoring events  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Engage with users face-to-face  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Perform initial triage of incidents and requests  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Escalate tickets within the team to 2nd and 3rd line engineers as required   </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Onboarding and offboarding of internal and customer users  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Ongoing support of user accounts, access and permissions  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Build, deploy and troubleshoot end user devices (EUDs)  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Testing, build and tracking of physical assets including EUDs and servers  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">We value people who take ownership, think critically, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team tackling complex challenges.
