This is a hands-on leadership position that balances team coordination, direct care, and program oversight.</p><p>You will play a key role in maintaining a structured, therapeutic environment aligned with our treatment philosophy .</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For</strong></p><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Support</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and support staff during assigned shifts</li><li>Provide coaching, training, and accountability to ensure quality care</li><li>Assist with scheduling and daily program coordination</li><li>Ensure completion of documentation, incident reporting, and shift responsibilities</li></ul><p><strong>Youth Engagement &amp; Care</strong></p><ul><li>Provide direct supervision and support to adolescents (ages 12&ndash;17)</li><li>Apply de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention when needed</li><li>Reinforce treatment goals and support social-emotional development</li><li>Facilitate structured activities and group programming</li></ul><p><strong>Program Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment</li><li>Ensure adherence to daily routines, schedules, and expectations</li><li>Oversee medication processes, documentation, and compliance</li><li>Support coordination of care with the multidisciplinary treatment team</li></ul><p><strong>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p>This role is best suited for someone who:</p><ul><li>Has hands-on experience working with adolescents with behavioral or emotional needs</li><li>Are confident leading others while remaining approachable and supportive</li><li>Can make sound decisions in high-pressure situations</li><li>Understands the importance of consistency, boundaries, and relationship-building</li><li>Is committed to professional standards, accountability, and quality care</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth (ages 12&ndash;17)</li><li>Experience with behavioral health, trauma-informed care, substance use, or IDD&nbsp;</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Services or related field preferred</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (required for client transportation)</li><li>Ability to pass background check and drug screening</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>This is an active, fast-paced residential setting.
