          "text": "<p>DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Pest Control Sales Representative to help grow our Pest Control Division in Hazleton and the surrounding areas.</p><p>This role is ideal for a professional with strong business-to-business (B2B) sales experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and developing new business opportunities. Previous pest control experience is a plus, but not required. A Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator’s License is not required for this position.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and property managers</li><li>Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals</li><li>Conduct site visits and assess customer pest control needs</li><li>Prepare and present customized pest management proposals and service solutions</li><li>Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline</li><li>Coordinate with operations and office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery</li><li>Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and available service options</li><li>Identify opportunities to upsell additional pest control services and programs</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and reporting</li><li>Represent DCS professionally in the field and at customer locations</li></ul>",
