Team leaders serve as mentors and trainers for their work area. &nbsp;With this dual role, the job description(s) of the jobs in the area also apply to the Team Lead. This is a hands-on position that requires technical knowledge and the ability to complete goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Oven Operator Lead will:</strong></p><ul><li>Verify part and documents, interpret the job traveler to determine recipe to complete cure process before loading parts onto the racks, trays, or carts.</li><li>Meet schedules, time allowances and monitor oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in software program; updating supervisor.</li><li>Decipher parts and quantity requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before oven cure process.&nbsp;</li><li>Remove probes, wires, fixtures, breakout, and clean all parts prior to distributing to the next process.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge related to the field of manufacturing and the area/department assigned to.</li><li>Communicate in a clear, approachable, professional and pro-active manner, Provide strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure while maintaining perspective.&nbsp;</li><li>Be creative, flexible and able to drive/guide change.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to multi-task, follow through and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Capability to develop and coach individuals to higher performance.</li><li>Provide strong operations thinking that moves the vision to successful implementation.&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership qualities &ndash; patience, kindness, humility, respectful, selfless, forgiving, honest and committed to the growth of the individual and organization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced math skills.</li><li>Ability to comprehend written instructions.</li><li>Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Composite manufacturing experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in aerospace industry preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>High School Diploma or GED preferred.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><p>One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>For over 30 years SEKISUI Aerospace has been designing, testing, and manufacturing composite products for the aerospace industry.
