We also offer our employee assistance program to part time employees.</li>\n <li>Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care</li>\n <li><strong>Ease the Burden: </strong>Company Paid Parking</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.</li>\n <li>Promoting continuous quality improvement.</li>\n <li>Teaching and counseling patients/families.</li>\n <li>Setting goals and developing treatment plans.</li>\n <li>Working cooperatively to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs.</li>\n <li>Participating in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.</li>\n <li>Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, as well as supervising PT and PTA students.</li>\n <li>Conducting individual patient therapy regimens.</li>\n <li>Monitoring patient's response to treatment and modifying treatment during sessions, as needed.</li>\n <li>Completing appropriate documentation according to department policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Participating in departmental, hospital, and community continuing education seminars and in-services.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>State Licensure: Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)</li>\n <li>Certified BLS: Possess Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
