The Logistics Analyst is responsible for partnering with global sites, logistics vendors, and trade compliance professionals to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective logistic execution. They will also contribute to internal and vendor performance management, and consulting on data and systems evolution of the business. As a Logistics Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will optimize end-to-end logistics operations, coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, and develop strategies to enhance cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Senior Director Logistics and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. As a Logistics Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations and give Honeywell a competitive edge in the market. With your expertise in logistics management and strong analytical skills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulations will contribute to the success of our logistics operations. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your strategic insights and data-driven decisions will help optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers, minimizing costs while meeting delivery timelines. By collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers, you will establish strong partnerships and streamline operations, contributing to Honeywell's overall success. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Work across functions at Honeywell Aerospace to execute network priorities - balancing cost, service, and quality.  Consult on development of business processes and IT systems.  Analyze complex data to drive appropriate service selection, efficiency, and cost savings.  Contribute new concepts, practices and approaches based on past experience. Support and contribute to an inclusive open culture where out-of-box thinking is encouraged.     Effective upward communication of challenges, roadblocks, and wins. Live Honeywell Aerospace Behaviors and Competencies; possess high learning agility, ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, openness to new or novel ideas. Qualifications Must Haves Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or another related field. 4+ years relevant experience in operations, procurement, logistics, or supply chain.  Willingness to learn, adapt & be agile, comfort in challenging norms, dealing with ambiguity.   Experience in international/cross-border logistics, multi-mode logistics, and/or warehouse operations.  Strong communication skills.  Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and present concisely to direct leadership. Experienced using ERP/WMS/TMS to facilitate movement of goods. Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestically). We Value Master's degree in a related field or industry-recognized supply chain certification. Experience in aerospace, automotive, tech, or start-up industries.
