Memorabilia Retail Event Associate will assist with the setup, breakdown, and sales of Fanatics’ merchandise locations. This position must be able to assist with customers interaction, sales transactions, assist with stocking merchandise, and more. The Memorabilia Retail Event Associate will drive results through relentlessly enhancing the fan experience.&nbsp;This role may support the handling, presentation, protection, and sales of authenticated memorabilia and high-value collectible merchandise in accordance with Fanatics standards.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>How you will make an impact:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics&nbsp;Brand(s) and Retail Team is always positively represented.</li>\n <li>Understand Fanatics Values and how they relate to the Retail Event Operations Associate role.</li>\n <li>Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Utilize Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide a fun and professional environment for team members and fans</li>\n <li>Assist with the set-up and breakdown of the retail environment for the event&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Organizing supplies and equipment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with stocking of merchandise</li>\n <li>Assist with inventory when needed&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist as directed by onsite Retail Event Management Team to ensure our retail environment is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set up</li>\n <li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Retail Event Management Team &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Handle authenticated memorabilia and high-value collectibles with extreme care&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor memorabilia displays to prevent tampering, theft, or improper handling by guests</li>\n <li>Educate fans on memorabilia, authenticity, value, and care instructions when appropriate</li>\n <li>Support inventory reconciliation for serialized or limited-edition collectibles</li>\n <li>Immediately report any discrepancies, damage, or security concerns to Retail Event Management</li>\n <li>Process high-value sales transactions accurately</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What you bring to the team:</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Experience working in venue and retail / merchandise environment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced continuously changing environment</li>\n <li>Must be friendly, self-motivated, and love meeting new people in an exciting event setting</li>\n <li>Basic math skills Ability to learn POS if not have prior knowledge</li>\n <li>Willingness and drive to exceed guest and partner expectations</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and to get tasks done efficiently</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor(s) and guests</li>\n <li>Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance</li>\n <li>Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality throughout the duration of the event / assignment, with or without reasonable accommodation</li>\n <li>Comfort working with high-value inventory in a controlled and monitored environment</li>\n <li>High level of attention to detail and accountability when working with memorabilia and limited-edition items</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
